Before Appointment Lash Care

Come to your appointment having thoroughly washed your eyes so they are free of makeup (eyeliner, eye shadow, and mascara) and any residual oils.
 

If you wear contacts, it is recommended that you do not wear your contacts to your lash appointment.

Lash Tinting or Lash Perming should be done 48-hours. prior to your lash extensions application.
 

To ensure the longevity of your lash extensions, please adhere to the following:
 

For 24-hours avoid exposure to water, sweat, steam (saunas), heat, facial services, and tanning beds. After 24-hours, resume your lifestyle.
 

When washing your face, use only cleanser formulated for eyelash extensions. Cleansers need to be oil free as oil degrades the adhesive bond. Use a cloth or sponge to work around the eye area.

Be gentle with your lashes. Excessive touching and rubbing of your eyes can cause premature shedding of your natural lashes. Avoid facing the showerhead.
 

You should avoid wearing mascara, and you shouldn’t need it. But if you are going to wear mascara, make sure that it is one specifically formulated for eyelash extensions. Apply mascara only to the tips of the extensions. Never use waterproof mascara.
 

• Brush your lashes in the morning using a clean mascara wand.
• Avoid the use of an eyelash curler on your lash extensions. 
• Avoid oil-based products on or near the eyelash extensions. 
• Use only water-based make-up and water-based remover. 
• Avoid using waterproof cosmetic products on or near the lashes. 
• Try to avoid sleeping on your face in such a way that it results in smashing your lashes. 
• Maintain extensions with regular touch-up fill appointments.
